When you are looking for something that will give you that energy you need during the day, try an energy drink as opposed to caffeine drinks or coffee. Let’s talk about three energy drinks that are very well liked by the people who drink them.

You can find hundreds of these energy drinks available for purchase, but we are just going to talk about three of the ones that are the most popular with folks. For those times when you really need some energy, try one of these out.

The energy drink that puts me in fast mode is called Sugar free Monster energy drink. It can easily be identified because the can it comes in is blue. Perhaps there is something special in it or it’s because the amount you get is more than what is in other drinks; nevertheless, it works so well for me.

With this drink, you will not experience any “crashing” when you drink it since there isn’t any sugar in it. Another added bonus is the low amount of calories that are in it.

An energy drink that really has a lot of kick to it is the Arizona Extreme Energy Shot, which is in a smaller can that is 8.3 ounces I think. Now, it does taste somewhat different that what you might think it would, but, overall, I have to say it really isn’t bad.

In most stores, you can most likely find this drink for 99 cents. That’s a pretty good buy to get that pep you need for less than one dollar.

This article would not be complete if it didn’t talk about the most famous energy drink of all – Red Bull. This one was at the forefront of the energy drinks craze and is still going strong. Get it when you are looking for an energy drink that has more flavor to it.

The third one is not exactly what you would call a drink, but the results will be the same as the other energy drinks. Try the 5 hour energy shots and you won’t get that “crash” feeling like you would with most drinks. They have been said to be all natural, so try these when you would like to have something that is on the light side.

Is It Actually Good To Consume Caffeine?

When we see those two lines appearing that confirm we are definitely pregnant, there are many things that women give up immediately. One of the main ones, and sometimes the hardest, is caffeine. Our several cups in the morning are replaced with something like herbal tea.

This is one of the areas where the old definitely disagree with the young. Tell you older female relatives that you have given up caffeine and they will probably laugh. This is the point where you will get the story about how they consumed gallons of the stuff and their children were all fine. A low birth weight and pre term births have been linked to caffeine, so why take the risk?

Consume more that 300 mg a day and your baby could be at risk. Drink over the recommended amount during your first trimester and the risk of miscarriage is slightly raised.

Drink any more than this recommended amount and their can be a slight risk to your child. The chances of having a miscarriage are also slightly raised if more than this is drunk during the first 3 months.

Yet another good reason for giving up caffeine is the fact that it is a stimulant. This means that it increases your heart rate and can also cause headaches and insomnia. Both if these can put unnecessary stress on your unborn child.

All of us have drank coffee at some time or another to keep us awake, as it is a stimulant. The side effects of this, however, are a raised heart rate, headaches and insomnia.

To sum it up, cutting out caffeine altogether is highly recommended, but if you feel that you still need your coffee, keep to guidelines of 300mg per day or less.

Don’t think that you can still drink the same amount as normal if you change to decaffeinated coffee, as this still contains caffeine and you will go over your 300 mg. Play it safe and do without any altogether.

Is Drinking Coffee During The Nighttime A Bad Idea?

I love my caffeine, fact. It makes me feel good and gives me a great boost when I’m starting to flag. As I’m not a great morning person either, I would be unbearable if I didn’t have my cup of coffee to make me feel human in the mornings!

The thing is, the boost runs out and your find yourself needing another one, and then another one. If I have to work late and know that I must finish before I can even think of going home, those caffeine drinks are a necessity to make sure I get through it.

If you are busy late at night, or eating out, do you find it as hard as hard as me to resist a coffee? It really takes some will power!

Apparently, I have to fight my urge for caffeine if I want to sleep at night. The later in the day you drink caffeine, the later it’ll be before you can go to sleep, etc etc.

Caffeine is supposed to hang around in our systems for anything up to ten hours. So on that premise; if you have your last coffee at 4 p.m it will still be there at 2 a.m. Although this open to debate depending on the individual and the fact that everyone’s body acts differently without the caffeine boost.

I don’ t know if you have ever notice, but those who take sugar experience what can only be described as a crash. The odd thing is that this crash might actually aid sleep.

Your best bet is to test yourself and how your body reacts. Take your last cup later each day and gauge the reaction and whether you can sleep or not.

Don’t get impatient and only have the last drink a little later each day. If you skip a couple of stages you may well end up in being in a cycle of sleepless nights and gallons of coffee to keep you going while you’re awake.

Is A Daily Coffee Good Or Bad For People?
